According to reports, the popular drama “The Tale of the Nine-Tailed” is supposedly coming back for a second season! Fans of the tvN drama took to Twitter and other social media platforms to express their excitement regarding this news.

On September 27, drama industry sources reported that tvN had decided to produce a second and third season of “Tale of the Nine-Tailed”. The report says the second season would be set during the Japanese colonial occupation (1910–1945) and the third season in the Joseon Dynasty. The report also says that the female lead would be recast.

In response to reports, a representative from tvN stated, “We are currently having positive discussions about a second season of ‘Tale of the Nine-Tailed.’ Nothing about the cast lineup or coordinate details have been finalized at this point. However, we are planning on 16 episodes for season two, and season one’s director, Kang Shin Hyo, will be taking back his directorial role.”

​”Tale of the Nine-Tailed Fox”, starring Lee Dong Wook, Jo Bo Ah, and Kim Bum, was aired in the early 2020s, is a modern fantasy tv drama about a male gumiho who settles in the city and a producing director who investigates the supernatural.

The best drama series are those that can entertain as well as provide a great storyline. This drama hit the right balance, which is why it’s worth getting excited about.
