BTS’s Jimin Recently Made Heartwarming Donation For Polio Patients

Jimin is not only a famous dancer and singer but also a philanthropist by heart. He recently donated ₩100,000,000 (approximately $84,573) to Rotary District 3590 this past July.

The donation was made in his father’s name. It was given to a campaign raising funds to create a vaccine to prevent people from getting polio.

The organisation will be unveiling the collected funds on October 24th, which is World Polio Day. Every October 24th marks a moment for us to celebrate Salk’s discovery who developed a vaccine to bring an end to polio worldwide.

Jimin’s donations are helping people who need it the most! Those with hardships in their lives can be solved with just enough funding. He previously donated to Busan High School of Arts, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, and the Jeonnam Future Education Foundation.
