Itaewon Class has won the Best Drama Series at the 25th Asian Television Awards. It is the third-highest viewership rating on JTBC and the tenth-highest-rated drama in Korean cable television history.
Plot

It is about a father and his son Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) who always believes in the beliefs taught by his father. He tried to kill Jang Geun-won (Ahn Bo-hyun), son of Jangga Group’s founder Jang Dae-hee (Yoo Jae-myung) because due to an accident he killed his father. Oh Soo-ah (Kwon Na-ra) is the woman he loved, got the university scholarship from Jang Dae-hee in return to send Park Sae-ro-yi to jail.
When he was released from prison Park Sae-ro-yi opened his own pub Danbam. He wants to seek revenge on the Jangga Group to be successful as them but he could only do that with the help of Jo Yi-seo (Kim Da-mi).

- Park Seo-joon as Park Sae-ro-yi
He is the son who seeks revenge from the Jangga Group for the death of his father. He is a classmate of Jang Geun-won who killed his father and send him to jail for false accusations.
- Kim Da-mi as Jo Yi-seo
Manager of Danbam. She is also an influencer and social media celebrity. She is said to be a sociopath but has a crush on Park Sae-ro-yi which is the reason she works in the Danbam instead of studying further..
- Yoo Jae-myung as Jang Dae-hee
CEO of Jangga Group, food company. He is the father of Jang Geun-won (Ahn Bo-hyun) who hides his son’s all wrongdoings.
- Kwon Nara as Oh Soo-ah
Former classmate and First love of Park Sae-ro-yi. Works in the Jangga Group.

The soundtrack of drama is divided into a four-part album which is released on March 20, 2020. Parts 1 and 2 contain the theme songs and their instrumental versions, whereas parts 3 and 4 contain the musical score of the drama.
